The QR code opens your hosted menu link. Editing a dish or price changes the menu behind that link, so you can keep using your printed QR when the menu changes. Keep the menu subscription active and retain the same menu address.

What a guest sees
The customer menu includes search and dietary filters. A guest can look for a drink, narrow the menu to a dietary preference, and check the listed price before speaking to your staff. Guests do not need to create an account. MenuPlzz is a menu viewer; it does not currently take orders or collect guest payments.
From paper menu to table
Create your account, verify your email and set up your café or restaurant. Add categories and dishes, or use AI menu import as a starting point. Review every imported name and price before sharing your QR. Download the QR from your dashboard and test it on a phone before printing.
Keep a fallback available
A QR menu needs a working phone and internet connection. Keep a printed copy or have staff help guests who prefer one. Place the QR on a flat, well-lit surface and check the printed code from normal table distance.
